EMPLOYER-PAID BENEFITS include: | If position is part-time or full-time and/or per diem and works 30 or more hours per week (for per diem, 30 or more hours per week or a total of 1550 hours in a measurement period), RMH pays for medical, life, and long-term disability insurances, as well as an employee assistance program. | ||||||
Employee BUY-UPS include: | If position is part-time or full-time and works more than 18 hours per week, employee may buy dental, vision, accident, and specified disease insurances, as well as additional life and long-term disability insurance; PTO and Extended Leave accrue based upon hours worked; Floating Holiday is given annually.
