Bradley Howell
CEO
Bradley C. Howell has over 20 years experience in medium and small sized hospitals. He has been the CEO of Roundup Memorial Hospital since May, 2011 and in addition to those responsibilities became CEO of Wheatland Memorial Healthcare in Harlowton in December, 2015. Prior to this position, he was the CEO of Sanpete Valley Hospital in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Mr. Howell has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Risk Manager at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho. He has an extensive background in supply chain management, safety and security, quality, risk management and senior leadership. Mr. Howell holds a masters degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University. Mr. Howell served in the United States Army, the Idaho Army National Guard, and the United States Army Reserve. He graduated from the Army Command and General Staff College and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 22 years of service. Mr. Howell lives with his wife Aubrey in Roundup and they are the parents of six children and eight grandchildren.
Physician Jeri Lynn Casagrande
DO
We welcome Dr. Casagrande to the Roundup community. She comes to our area from Williamsport, Pennsylvania but she is originally from Billings, Montana. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Casagrande received her medical degree from the Pacific Northwest University – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, Washington. Dr. Casagrande completed her internship and residency at the Williamsport Family Medicine Residency Program in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She belongs to a number of professional organizations. Special interests for Dr. Casagrande encompass a diverse spectrum: preventive care, women’s health, prenatal care, and osteopathic manipulative medicine. She enjoys numerous outdoor activities which include running, biking, hiking, hunting, and skiing. Dr. Casagrande also loves baking and to crochet
Brynn Bixby
Physician Assistant
I grew up south of Musselshell at Meredith Ranch and went to high school in Custer. I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. Then went to Rocky Mountain College to obtain a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. I have worked in the medical field for 18 years now and truly love it. I am married with two rambunctious boys, Blake and Zane. They are the center of my life. We have a fish named Iron Man. I enjoy all sports and outdoor activities. I am very interested in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Val Russell
Physician Assistant
I am a local provider, raised on a ranch just north of Roundup and have been serving in Roundup since Dec, 2015. I attended undergraduate at Gonzaga University and got my master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College. I am married with three children and enjoy spending time in the outdoors, including camping and fishing. I am also a big sports fan, specifically, college basketball (GO ZAGS!).
Kevin Criswell
Physical Therapist
Kevin Criswell was born and raised in Colstrip. He attended the University of Montana where he played collegiate basketball and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2006. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2009 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He specializes in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, and Spine Care. Kevin has four children: Cate (8), Macy (7), Cobie (5), and Elle (2).
